Can I request a product sample before placing an order?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. We send lab-matched samples before every first order so you can verify grain quality, aroma, moisture, and broken percentage against our specifications before committing to a full container.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is one 20-foot container (approximately 20–25 MT depending on packaging). For trial orders, we can arrange smaller FCL splits in coordination with consolidation partners — mention this in your inquiry and we'll guide you through options.
What payment terms do you support?
We support Letter of Credit (LC at sight, LC 30/60/90 days), CAD (Cash Against Documents), and TT advance. For established buyers, open account terms can be discussed after a few successful shipments.
Do I need to share my company documents in the first email?
Not at all. The inquiry form or an initial WhatsApp message is enough to get started. KYC and trade documents are only exchanged once we've agreed on product, price, and terms.
